Will the journey end for Idol host?

Andrew G is yet to re-sign with TEN’s Australian Idol, while he pursues ambitions overseas. He has reportedly been pitched to US networks as “Australia’s Ryan Seacrest.”
Ginsberg will wed US starlet Noa Tishby in Israel next month and has moved permanently to Los Angeles. He has also dumped his management firm, Watercooler, replacing them with actors agent, Mark Morrissey Management.
Watercooler, co-owned by manager David Wilson and Ian ‘Dicko’ Dickson, continues to manage Grant Denyer, David Reyne, Tim Campbell, Pete Timbs, Peter Mitchell and Paul Mercurio.
Wilson denied the split was “a falling out”, telling news.com.au that G’s management needs in Australia now amounted to little more than “answering mail and fielding invites” (what about the hairstyling?).
Ginsberg is still contracted to host radio chart show, Take 40 Australia, and will do so from studios in LA.
A spokeswoman for Channel 10 confirmed the network was “in discussions now with Andrew to renew,” to return to Idol in August.

gosh, poor Ryan Seacrest, having this tosser comparing himself to him..Andy along with Kyle is one of the reasons I find it impossible to sit through a whole episode of Aust Idol..Loving the US one on FOX 8 at the moment though..
David, Andrew’s last name is spelt Gunsberg.
I’d be depressed at being sold as the Ryan Seacrest of Australia. After all America has already got one, do they really need a c-grade one as well??
