Jono Coleman joins Kerri-Anne

The morning wars continue with news that ex-Sunrise regular Jonathan Coleman will now appear on Mornings with Kerri-Anne.

Coleman and Molly Meldrum were demoted last week in favour of permanent Entertainment Reporter James Tobin. Producer Adam Boland was reportedly unhappy that the two had commitments which limited their availability for the Seven brekkie show.

A Nine publicist told Confidential Coleman would be “in studio every Tuesday with Kerri-Anne for a radio wrap and he’ll be a regular contributor for other panels on the show.”

The network defection follows the loss of Brendan Jones from KAK to The Morning Show on Seven.
