CBS casts Aussie girl in horror series

Another US production, another Aussie casting.
Actress / Model Samantha Noble will appear in CBS drama Harper’s Island. She joins actors Elaine Cassidy, and Ryan Merriman in a horror story that unfolds as a group of friends meet on an island off the Seattle coast for a destination wedding.
Noble plays a bride to Merriman’s (Commanche Moon) groom. Irish-born Cassidy will play the groom’s childhood friend with a tragic past.
It is to be directed by Jon Turteltaub (National Treasure) and is written by Ari Schlossberg Turteltaub (Hide & Seek, directed by Aussie John Polson).
Noble, who also auditioned for the co-hosting role in Gladiators, appeared in various roles on All Saints, Home and Away, Water Rats, but is best known for the film Gabriel. The daughter of Lord of the Rings actor John Noble, she is the face of Fosters lager in America.
