McLeod’s actress unhappy post-show

Actress Simmone Jade McKinnon is reportedly “sick of being stopped in the street by people and not being able to tell them anything” about when the final series of McLeod’s Daughters will air.

Well, it’s possible the network doesn’t know yet, either.

McKinnon is also peeved that she has a huge mortage, after committing to a property just a month before the show was given its marching orders. “I just thought the show would go on forever, so now I’m kinda in limbo and left with this massive property mortgage on my own,” McKinnon said.

But didn’t she see the ratings last year? Doesn’t she get that cast members can be written out with the stroke of a pen?

With production now ceased, McKinnon hopes to turn her hand to horse agistment to make her 32ha property at Gawler profitable.

Meanwhile while Nine programmers obviously have a yearly game plan for where McLeod’s will settle, much has been disrupted by the problems in Victoria for Underbelly.
