Soapie mums play ‘monsters-in-law’

Spies tell TV Tonight that two veteran Aussie actors are currently filming guest roles for an upcoming episode of All Saints.

Penny Cook (A Country Practice, E-Street and recently seen as Prue Brown on Neighbours, mother of Frazer and Ringo) and Anna Hruby (Harp in the South, Prisoner, Fireflies and Home & Away as principal Judith Ackroyd) will both play mothers of two resident cast members.

And, they will be seen fussing over their children who are about to get married. To find out who, read on.

Cook plays the mother of Dan (Mark Priestly) and Hruby plays the mother of Erica (Jolene Anderson), both of whom will be frustrated by a battle over wedding day preparations.

Hruby has previously appeared in All Saints as ‘Sandra Connolly.’
