The bullied kid with the voice of an angel

Everybody’s talkin bout the 13yo kid from the British council flats, bullied for his love of singing, who wowed the audience and judges at Britain’s Got Talent.

A stunning discovery, no question, that stops you dead in your tracks. The audience was wiping tears, and rising to their feet.

The Aussie version of the show kicks off in two weeks time. Can we ever hope to match this?

Here’s hoping little Andrew Johnston enjoys the ride (and that they record something from the kid before his voice breaks).

  1. Yes, my 19yo was a boy soprano and was lucky to have been professionally recorded on a Choir Christmas CD (including solo songs. It is something we will treasure forever. While he is still learning to sing and has a lovely bass voice – there is something magical about those younger years.

I hope this young man is allowed to enjoy this whole experience while he can. Hopefully he will take his love of music into adulthood and continue to develop his talent.

  2. its a bit humiliating for us really, last year Britains Got Talent unearthed Paul Potts while our most memorable entrant was some bloke that played music on a gum leaf on Australia’s Got Talent
