Half a Bert

Has Bert been on a trimming campaign? Could it be attributed to network cutbacks? Have David Gyngell and Michael Healy decided to slice Nine’s network programming in two?

Whatever the logic, we’re about to get 10 to 1 -yes just 30 minutes of the usual 20 to 1.

Nine has a series final of the longer version scheduled this week with the top “Girls on Film” but follows up with ten top “Celebrity Shocks and Shockers” on Tuesday June 10.

It is paired with the return of NZ factual Deadly Surf at 8pm -notably the timeslot that performed extremely well for the Logie-winning Bondi Rescue.
