Seven is returning Prison Break to screens, airing the last five episodes of the third season.
It’s back Wednesday July 9 at 9:30pm.
The drama was interrupted by the writers’ strike when it was last fasttracked by Seven in 2007. The episode “Boxed In,” to screen next month first aired in the US in January.
The final 5 eps of the third series will conclude just in time for the Olympics to start, on August 8. The fourth season starts in the US in early September.

Channel Seven aired a promo saying “Season Premier”
Do they think we are stupid? Anyone in the know knows it’s wrong and a quick online check is all that is needed to find the truth.
Is this just a case of ch7 trying to cover it’s self for not airing it sooner?

Hear Hear bassborg, except seeing a James Bond movie scheduled after easter on Wednesday night was the straw that broke the camel’s back for me.
Finally! Now we can get back to the story and I don’t need to watch Invasion for my Bill Fichtner dose.
I watched these episodes around 6 months ago now…anyway this season was a letdown. It was pretty much just a bad rehash of season one set in a Mexican prison. The first 2 seasons were a lot better. In terms of action-thriller shows, 24 is a lot better than Prison Break. All the same, I’m looking forward to season 4, I just hope they put the excitement and originality back into the series that it had in season 2.
lol – how typical – Seven took so long I finally gave up and downloaded these eps just last week. Well, guess what Seven, your advertisers won’t like ut, but I wont be watching them on Seven now.
omg totally awesome *as she rushes over to the channel 7 board to make sure they know (with due credit of course david)* finally something to look forward to tv wise in the 2nd half of this year.
About time, wow I can watch an re-live them in HD!
So I wonder if they will fast track the next season which starts September 1st?
BTW – these final few eps were probably some of the best of the season and it’s debatable whether they needed another season, even more so give some of the spoilers about it.
