You’re a wonder, Wonder Woman

Somehow I doubt she was in her satin tights, or fighting for her rights, but actress Lynda Carter proved she is a real life Wonder Woman when she discovered a dead body floating in the Potomac River in Washington this week.

Carter told The Washington Post she was alone in a boat when she saw the body on Wednesday. She says she didn’t have a phone with her, so she yelled to some fishermen and asked them to call police. Carter waited until rescuers arrived and directed them to the body.

The medical examiner’s office has not declared an official cause of death.

A modest Carter says she “did what anybody would have done.”

What a gal.

Unfortunately nobody was able to explain what Lynda Carter was doing alone in a boat on the Potomac! But lucky she was….

  1. Why don’t the networks bring back Wonder Woman – I LOVE this show. Maybe one network could start a retro night maybe on a Saturday or Friday night, something different & Im sure it would rate well!

  2. You’re making out like she’s a hero when all she did was report finding a dead body. I would be shocked if less than 100% of your readers would do the same.
