What will David Stratton and Margaret Pomeranz make of Mamma Mia? I’m tipping one will fall for the charms of songs like ‘Dancing Queen’ and ‘Fernando’ ahead of the other. But which? We’ll know by tomorrow night.

At the Movies will also review Meet Dave, Children of the Silk Road and Up the Yangtze.

In coming weeks they turn their attention to The Dark Knight, The Love Guru, The Savages and The Forbidden Kingdom. There will also be packages on the Melbourne and Brisbane International Film Festivals.
