Here are some rare shots from the last ever episode of Back To You.
These scenes are from the unscreened episode “Hostage Watch” in which Kelsey Grammer becomes a negotiator during a bank hold-up. The episode, which never aired in the US, but will screen this week at 8:00pm Thursday July 31 on TEN.
As the credits rolled the principal cast assembled for a final bow before the studio audience, traditionally part of most live-audience sitcoms.
Kelsey Grammer made his way along the team, giving everyone a hug and finishing with his co-star, Patricia Heaton.
Here also is the final shot of the two in the comedy’s last ever scene.
Such a shame this feelgood sitcom never had a longer run in the US, but at least TEN is giving Aussie viewers every last drop!

I stopped watching this after it was axed. I thought there was a drop in quality after they fired Montana and recast the daughter. Still, it was a good lead-out for my favourite sitcom, Rules of Engagement. I’m just wondering what they’ll replace it with. More Matt Groening cartoons?
That’s kinda sad but I’m glade we’re getting a look at it, and with BT the rest of the world gets their look the next day.
There were a number of US shows that didn’t make it this past season, many not even making it on screen here yet. David is there any news if we’ll ever get Aliens in America? Didn’t ch9 have the rights?

I thought this a great comedy, better than many over the last few years. The one liners wringing a laugh from me often.
A shame to see it go 🙁
