Mark Priestley will be buried in Perth today, a week after his death in Sydney. A large contingent of Australian television actors is expected this morning for the funeral.
The funeral is to be held at the Holy Family Church in Como. All Saints co-stars John Howard, and fellow Perth actors Tammy McIntosh and Andrew Supanz, are likely to attend.
The 32 year old actor fell to his death from a city centre building after battling depression. Last week, his family released a statement, saying the support they received was greatly treasured. They called the actor’s death a “terrible loss”.
A Channel Seven statement described Priestley as “a tremendous young person – loved and respected by his fellow All Saints cast members and crew.”
Seven also ran a tribute to Mark with this week’s All Saints episode.
Lifeline: 131 114.

I am a great fan off All Saints. It’s very sad ,he was a good actor. Rest in peace Mark
I feel the same Skye. I didn’t know who Mark was before he took his life, and have never really watched All Saints, but his death has felt really personal to me and has had me thinking about it a lot.
It’s just hard to understand what was going through his mind. We’ve all felt sad and many of us depressed, but its hard to understand how things got so bad.
I don’t know why I have been so deeply affected by Mark’s passing, but I have. I did not know him, but I miss him.
He was so loved by family, friends, and colleagues. They must be taking such comfort from having had him in their lives – however short.
Rest, Mark Priestley.
