Desperate Housewives and former Queer as Folk actor Gale Harold is out of intensive care and improving at a Los Angeles hospital after suffering serious injuries in a motorcycle accident.
A statement from the actor’s representatives says “a full recovery is expected.” Harold had swelling on the brain and a fractured shoulder after last week’s accident.
He had been under observation in the intensive care unit at Los Angeles County USC Medical Center.
Harold plays Jackson, who ended season four kissing Teri Hatcher’s character, on the ABC show. Seven will air the new series in 2009.
