“In the Public Interest” aired in the UK on the weekend.

Seven screens A Touch of Frost at 9:00pm Sunday Nov 2nd.

But soon Jason will be hanging up his hat. “You wouldn’t want me to play Frost in a wheelchair, would you?” he has said.

“Frost is getting a little long in the tooth. I still enjoy doing it and it’s a great part but I just think he’s got to retire. It’ll be a sad day.”

IN THE PUBLIC INTEREST
DAVID JASON reprises his role as Detective Inspector Jack Frost in this brand new movie length thriller. When three asphyxiated male bodies are found in a country lane buried in an unusual fashion, American historian, Miriam Walker tries to convince Frost and Superintendent Mullet it’s a sign of satanic activity in the area. Frost however, pursues a different angle and focuses particularly on an unusual tattoo sported by one of the deceased and the shroud that all three were wrapped in – subsequently identified as Balkan. Guest starring ADRIAN LUKIS. Also starring BRUCE ALEXANDER, JOHN LYONS, MEL MARTIN, JULIA ST JOHN, JAMES MCKENNA, ARTHUR WHITE and TRISTAN MAGUIRE.
