With an opening scene reminiscent of Peter Finch in Network, this show is as mad as hell and not gonna take it anymore. Great for TV fans. 10:30pm Thursday on 9HD.

  1. I’ve got to agree with Sam, this is the best show on Channel 9 at the moment, brilliantly written by the man, Aaron Sorkin, if only it had survived more seasons. Check it out if you have the chance, absolutely worth the time and then some.

  3. Mrb, yes it was canceled after 1 full season. Jimmy, this show makes 30 Rock look like finger painting in comparison, the writing is sharp and the plots far more realistic. Having seen the whole series I recommend it

  4. @Jimmy: No, 30 Rock sounds like this show, but as a comedy. This drama was conceived and sold to the networks before 30 Rock.

    This is a drama ABOUT a comedy show. Which I’m guessing didn’t help it survive to season two, despite being brilliantly written by the amazing Aaron Sorkin

  5. Mrb, it was. The season that Nine is FINALLY showing is the only one, and started in the US in 2006. It did, however, get a full 22-episode season and is well worth watching.
