Bye bye Logan

Chris Noth takes his leave from the TEN show next week.

Detective Logan will take his leave from Law and Order: Criminal Intent on Thursday November 20th.

“Last Rites” marks the end of Chris Noth’s run on the show which began in 2005. Prior to this he spent five years on Law and Order. Just one more episode of the seventh season remains thereafter.

Noth will be replaced by Jeff Goldblum in the eighth season in January.

Both CI and Law and Order: SVU have been rating consistently for TEN on Thursday nights.

  1. I doubt they’ll lose ratings, I’ve only watched the Goren episodes since they did the every-second-week thing, but I’ll definitely tune in for some Goldblum action.

  2. I’m still p-p-pis…”greatly annoyed” that Alicia Witt (Falacci) was only a temporary character – and now Chris Noth is going? Looks like I’ll only be watching every second episode of CI…y’know, the Goren+Eames episodes…

    And yeah – WTF is up with the continuing SVU repeats thing – I get sick and tired of having to look out for “new”:
    * “New NCIS” vs “NCIS”
    * “New SVI” vs “SVU”
    * “New CI” vs “CI”
    etc..

  3. Aww farwell Chris Noth you’ll be missed from CI. I really started getting into both CI and SVU this year but I’m mainly crazy over SVU and I’ve got the DVD’s to prove it 😀 lol.

    Anyway as you said both CI and SVU have been rating consistently for TEN on Thursday nights which is cool as I love my Thursday night crime night but sadly it doesn’t mean that 10 treats SVU kindly

    By the way if SVU is rateing consistently for TEN then why oh why is it not being fast tracked like they’ve being doing with House, NCIS and Supernatural? Not that I don’t mind watching the repeats 😀
