Where’s Eddie?
As the end of 2008 draws near, Eddie McGuire has been off our screens almost all year. So it's time to ask... where's Eddie? Can you find him hidden in the crowd?

He’s been off all telly practically all year.
Aside from a week hosting A Current Affair, an interview on The Footy Show, and a few leftover episodes of 1 vs 100 it’s hard to recall seeing Eddie McGuire on the box in 2008. Yet when he puts his mind to it, he’s one of television’s best performers.
So now that ‘Eddie Everywhere’ has been rested, will we be seeing him back on our screens in 2009? How is it Nine can afford to pay such a staggering pay packet to McGuire when he isn’t doing what he does best -hosting a show?
Last year Nine dropped 1 vs 100 and brought back Who Wants to be a Millionaire in live editions. While we might not necessarily want to watch the show 40 weeks a year, Nine could do worse than return the series, for which it owns the rights. And while we’re at it, bring Eddie back to The Footy Show (AFL) too. He had a knack for keeping Sam Newman in line.
Two points if you can find Eddie, another point if you find Wally (ps. no telling where Eddie is in the pic please, spoilers won’t be published yet!).
Thanks to the brilliant Brett Willis Cartoons for the Eddie McGuire caricature!

Eddie is in hiding under pile of rubbish that is Nine programming or maybe he is extra in one of Ramsays Cooking Shows or in bar where Charlie Sheen drinks.
Are you serious?
Both were a piece of p**s and I am normally not good at these sort of things.
Cute idea, David. Well done.
I found him much easier by looking for the guy he was standing next to in the thumbnail picture 😉 Which show does 9 own the rights to? Is it Millionaire or 1 vs 100?
So that’s why it’s been such a good year!
I’m just glad Ray Martin disappeared. That guy was annoying.
bring back eddie to the footy show and who wants to be a millionaire. Jerome, judge a media person on their aura and work ability on camera, not on their personality and life situation off it. Eddie is very good on camera, thats what matters.
Doesn’t he have a double chin?
I always thought of Eddie McGuire as being like a Dad who likes to think he understands kids, but doesn’t actually have a clue. He’s stiff and awkward, like a token “Dancing With The Stars” contestant to laugh at, only in there to be voted out on the second week.
“So now that ‘Eddie Everywhere’ has been rested, will we be seeing him back on our screens in 2009?”
God help us all.
lol, that head could stick out anywhere
Ha ha. First person i looked at was Eddie!
i know we will disagree here david but i think eddie should never see the front of a camera ever again. i blame him for the canning of millionare and 1v100
i will not say that he is untalented, but its his image that is the issue. I used to like him in his early days but then he turned into an arrogant, back-stab anyone to get ahead, i can naturally do everything better than you, successful buisiness-person type.
which makes him very hard to enjoy
he was a guest speaker at my school a few years back and that just confirmed all my thoughts
sorry to all the fans
I literally scrolled down and saw a guy in a black suit straight away, so that must be him.
Found Eddie and Wally…
I guess Eddie would be the one with the smug look on his face, sitting around doing nothing. Easy to find!
I also found Tony Martin, or maybe just Wally.
I found himm!!! LOL
David, I found Wally and Eddie. That’s 3 points thanks!
I was a huge fan of Where’s Wally back in the day (and still am I suppose). I haven’t looked at a Where’s Wally book in years but I instantly recognised this scene. This is a modification of The Gobbling Gluttons, the first of twleve scenes in Martin Handford’s third Wally book, Where’s Wally? 3: The Fantastic Journey released in 1989.
This was the one where to had to find Wizard Whitebeard and his scrolls.
Also, does anybody remember watching the Where’s Wally TV series on the ABC back in the early 90’s?
Woo hoo, I found Waldo! Oh wait, I was supposed to be looking for Eddie wasn’t I. It’s easy to get them confused!
Not to mind, I just found Eddie too. Great caricature, looks just like him 😉
HAHA… that’s great…
Having a good sit down…
Don’t forget the 60 Minutes interview?
haha that one was easy David, I found him in no time.
