Joan Rivers joins Mardi Gras telecast
Red carpet legend Joan Rivers gets her own specially made pink carpet for the big night.

Joan Rivers, who is touring Oz with her comedy schtick, will join Foxtel’s broadcast of the Sydney Gay and Lesbian Mardi Gras Parade.
Rivers is practically an institution when it comes to red carpets, so she’s getting her own specially made ‘hot pink’ carpet at the starting point to this year’s parade.
Rivers joins hosts Alex Perry, Charlotte Dawson, Julie McCrossin and Pam Ann.
Perry, Dawson and Pam Ann all have other Foxtel shows on the go, while Julie McCrossin was an “original 78er”, one of the many who protested on Oxford Street in 1978.
The parade airs on Main Event channel as a pay per view screening on March 7th.

Geez I hope this Sydney rain is gone by the time they let Joan Rivers out. I hear that if you get her back wet. another Joan Rivers spawns out the back of her (that’s how she’s lived so long).
