  1. Hey Zac, any chance you tried out and didn’t make it? Or is it a coincidence that the Victorian try-out was on Sunday April 19th and you posted your comment on that evening. My 17 year old nephew made it and he can play (finished 3rd overall). Stop admiring yourself in the mirror, go back to training and work hard instead of pumping up your own tyres and looking for excuses. Maybe you’re not as good as you think you and you crack under pressure like a lot of no-it-all teenagers!

  2. hahahah this makes me laugh
most of the contestants are terrible,
practicly all good players aged 16,17,18 dont try out for this,
as a senior player in a Victorian premier league team, [im 17 yrs old] it makes me laugh to see some of the boys who make this!

  3. I watched the first series and enjoyed it despite half the programme been an advertorial for Kelloggs. From memory though I remember reading an article perhaps even here saying the ratings were very low. Just goes to show how far the advertising dollar goes on television.

  4. Hopefully this series’ winner will have more luck once the cameras stop rolling after series one winner Adam Hett (pictured second from right) tore knee ligaments during a training game in August 2008 and has been sidelined since.
