Carey fronts on Footy Show

AFL bad boy Wayne Carey will discuss his past and future on the Footy Show. And there's more for music fans of Jet, Living end and Spiderbait.

wcareyFormer AFL bad boy Wayne Carey will be a special guest live in tonight’s Footy Show (AFL).

Carey was just inducted into North Melbourne’s Hall of Fame and has apologised for his recent controversial conduct. Tonight he will discuss his past, plans for the future and his return to the Kangaroos family

Also on the special Wednesday night edition, Collingwood young gun Dale Thomas, Essendon star Mark McVeigh and resident cast Shane Crawford and Billy Brownless join the panel.

Nic Cester from Jet, Chris Cheney from The Living End and Kram, formerly of Spiderbait, join forces for a live performance of the Beatles’ Revolution.

Sam Newman also catches up with AFL legend David Parkin about his recent battle with prostate cancer.

The Footy Show airs at the special time of 8:30pm Wednesday (Melbourne, Adelaide, Perth).

  1. Will the self promoting hosts of Footy show have guts to ask hard questions or will they just pander to “The Duck” and his continual “i am sorry’ line after every tiem he gets arrested or does wrong thing.
