  1. Dear Mark F,

I don’t know if you noticed, but the all-knowing Mark Robinson, recently on Chanel 7’s Game Day informed us of the “Five Things He Learned” while watching the Lions v Geelong game and then proceded to tell us that he didn’t actually watch the game!

He certainly doesn’t mind recieving his fat pay cheque each week and subjecting viewers to his opinions.. but gee, watching the games?? That’s just such a drag!

To paraphrase the great man himself.. “just who does he think he is??”

    Regards,

  2. Message to Mark Robinson.

    Mark,
I am questioning your professionalism in relation to sports writing and as a commentator on a sports panel.

How can you effectively report on a game of football if you decide to leave the ground prior to the final siren. The final minutes of any game are important and provides opportunity to report on players emotion, crowed response and on ANZAC day there was even a presentation of a medal.

Supporters leaving the ground is different from “an official”, such as yourself …who provides information to us all, irrespective of the score.

Have a think about your obligations as a reporter/ commentator and attempt to fulfill these to some degree of expectation of sports fans.

  3. Get rid of Hamish McLachlan, David Schwarz and Mark Robinson and you have a good panel. This show is lame at the best of times. Hamish can’t host and Schwarz hasn’t mastered the english language yet. And he definitely can’t commentate so don’t bother with him for games this year Seven. Please. I like to watch my footy with the sound on.

  4. not a big fan of afl, prefer the other 2 football codes (league/ union), but i’m glad to see seven aren’t completely abandoning 7HD yet..
I’m still sad about the axing of the all in call though. So much potential.
