god you take it so seriously! what made you stick up for channel 9? does everything have to stay on topic, like school! lol!
richoTB….blah blah blah!!
Not sure that comment really furthers discussion. Maybe I should close this topic if people are all out of constructive comments.
I think I read somewhere that the lead in WW has a new pilot, I might be wrong. King was not axed, it ended after 9 season and they had a finally party with red carpet around the time it ended.
I don’t really care about any of these 4 sitcoms tbh, the only decent one is King of Queens and as its been pointed out, it was axed 2 years ago. But any of these could easily take over one of 2.5 men’s 9 timeslots a week, the only sitcoms I wanna see back on FTA are Rules of Engagement and possibly Worst Week (HIMYM and The Office are already on air), but WW is likely to be axed now anyway.
Does any one care about either of these shows, KoQ aired it’s last ep almost 2 YEARS ago in the US and till Death has been jerked around so much by 9 it’s a joke.
They should bring back TBBT at Old Christine!
King of Queens was a brilliant show, very clever and funny but feature Jerry Stiller so you know its going to be good, they gave him the perfect roll in that show.
Ok neither of these shows are funny, and neither are Old Christine or Big Bang Theory. But how the hell did King Of Queens make it to 9 seasons? I really don’t getthe american networks decision making. Arrested Development only got 3 seasons and Pushing Daisies got cut midway during season 2. Both of these are far better than the other crap that gets renewed.
As a big Christine fan, I am excited to see Foxtel are starting the series from scratch. if we waited for Nine to screen it well we may all be 6 feet under by then
Why do thy insist on pitting comedies (currently the scarcest commodity on network television) up against each other?
I agree these are the worst two sitcoms to be bringing back – I’d much prefer Old Christine and to a lesser extent BBT. Although I watch New Simpsons on Fri @ 7:30 so meh.
There are maybe 3-4 good episodes in the second season of Til Death. The rest are woeful.
Awesome that King of Queens is back, these are new episodes well new to channel 9, a shame that Old Christine or TBBT is not back instead of Til Death. Damn the NRL becuase I live in Sydney.
god you’re confusing! what is GTV9??? can you not just say channel 9 brisbane, channel nine melbourne, etc???
If they are bringing back sitcoms how about The Big Bang Theory and New Adventures of Old Christine instead of these two?
Oh dear, the revolving door on Friday nights at 7.30 pm continues.
Motorway Patrol, sitcoms, 20-1, clip shows, then back to Motorway Patrol etc..
King of Queens ended in May 2007! Don’t they have anything newer? Or is this the start of :::9 Gold
