  1. Spooks has been my favourite Spy series since *Series 1* and it irks me that the ABC programmers have not aired *Series 6* until now as many Spooks fans in Australia would have already bought or viewed the Series DVD’s – it’s a joke as the ABC shops have had the DVD’s since last year, selling at a higher price than other DVD outlets. Its just not good enough.

We will also be able to buy *Spooks series 7* soon as was mentioned previously.
*Spooks series 8* is now filming in the UK…..
One has to wonder if Australia has become a 3rd world country …

  2. I love this series, but I will have watched seasons 6 and 7 by the time the ABC starts airing this. I’ll probably still watch it again just because this season is so good.

  3. The ABC are a year behind with Spooks.

The ‘latest’ series is in fact Season 6 which was aired in the UK in 2007. I’ve already seen it on dvd and – without spoiling things – it’s a cracker! Be warned though you do have to see every ep to know what’s going on at this season takes on a serialised format.

Season 7 which aired last year will be released onto dvd in a few weeks – so will the ABC go straight on with this after airing Season 6 or just wait another year before showing it??

  4. This series of Spooks is absolutely brilliant!! I bought it on DVD a few months back as I got sick of waiting for the ABC to show it, i was glued to my TV for pretty much an entire weekend watching it.
