If the 'S Word' is good enough for the PM, is the 'F Word' ok on regional news?

It’s all about language lately.
On Sunday Night Prime Minister Rudd dropped the “S” word, and last week NBN Newcastle let and “F” word slip through it’s local news.
While News does come under different classification to drama, it’s a bit of an oversight to say the least…
On it’s own website, where clips are replayed, NBN realised the mistake and mutes the offending seconds.
