mark-priestley4The annual roll call of those we have lost at tonight’s Logie Awards will be quite a list of names.

While the deaths of Mark Priestley and Brian Naylor still resonate with us, there were many actors, performers, critics and executives who passed away since the last Logie event.

Priestley is posthumously nominated for Most Popular Actor. If he wins his parents will be in attendance to accept the award.

  1. A few names on your list that they didn’t mention. But also I wasn’t aware that Syd Conabere (Charlene’s granddad in Neighbours, but had been in countless other shows as well) and Penny Ramsay (Prisoner) had passed away over the last year as well.
