Who’s under the wig?

Any guesses as to who this might be?

tgyhDid you pick the face?

It’s Rebel Wilson, who appears as a kranky grandmother in Seven’s Thank God You’re Here this week.

She is joined by Merrick Watts and Akmal Saleh and Alan Brough entering the famed blue door.

Look out for all four plugging a Sizzler-style family restaurant, ‘Carnival.’

The finale scheduled for July 8th will clock in at 90 minutes.

Amended.

  1. Well, I do apologise and take it all back. I’m pleased to hear she’s getting a varied body of work under her belt and that she’s successful in those roles. I look forward to seeing more of her work in the future. Thanks for enlightening me, Andrew. 🙂

  2. Yesssss! It will be hilarious to see Rebel tackle this ‘grandma’ character.

@Macarthurblack: You obviously haven’t seen all of Rebel Wilson’s work – sure she plays ‘bogans’ a lot on T.V. (bogans are funny) but on stage I’ve seen her in Shakespeare and at the Sydney Theatre Company, where she’s played completely different roles and has been just as great. I hear she’s also playing a murderer in an upcoming episode of City Homicide.

  3. What?! “One of the funniest”?… “Always brings something unique”? Are you serious?! She always does the same “bogan” routine. Every time she’s been on that show and every interview I’ve seen of her she mentions bogans and bush pigs. Get a new act Rebel. It’s getting very boring!

  4. lol, Rebel has to be one of the funniest! im sure the show will be back. Although i think that maybe on a sunday it wouldve done better. Isnt that where it was on TEN?
