ABC2 airs Coach Trip, a British reality TV show in which travellers who’ve never met before are thrown together on a 6 week European bus holiday.
The Fourteen strangers travel around Europe for 30 days, trying to avoid being voted off the trip.
The participants’ ages vary widely, from clubbers in their early 20s to more senior. It isn’t long before cabin-fever sets in.
At each destination the passengers have to vote off the pair they find most obnoxious – Survivor-style – and the banished couple is then replaced by a new pair.
The tour guide is Brendan Sheerin, who has since been labelled a “British Institution” by UK media and in its third season, the show has developed a cult fan base in the UK.
It airs weeknights from 7:30pm Tuesday October 6th on ABC2 (will not screen between Sunday, October 11 to Saturday, October 17 due to live broadcasts of the Wheelchair Basketball: Asia Oceania Men’s Championship.)

I was a traveller on Coach Trip Series 3 whilst holidaying in the UK. Never thought that it would be out in Australia. Great experience and fun activities. Brendan is exactly as he is on TV… georgous..
A brilliant little series – well worth a watch.
This looks like it’s the third series, which aired earlier this year after a 4-year absence. A fourth series has been commissioned for next year, running for 10 weeks instead of the usual 6.

Is the same season that ABC1 aired?
David do you know if these are new episodes or a repeat of the ones shown earlier in the year. Coach Trip is pretty good compared to a lot of the other reality shows.
