i dare say to keep your eyes peeled on the new FTA digital channel 7two, i saw shorts for the channel with a shot of robert carlyle…and it was in there action area so i can make the assumption they are plannin too fast track atlantis to its conclusion to put SGU in its slot
Been raised before. Could be 24: Redemption rpt or The Flood.
SciFi has current rights to SGU.
Don’t hold your breath for stargate atlantis season 5 on 7/prime/gwn anytime soon
go out and buy it on dvd or wait until it comes out on scifi but its been airing on ad’s on scifi lately with the date october 9th so it looks so good.
Wouldn’t hold my breath for Seven to get this, given they are yet to finish SG-A it doesn’t look likely, maybe GO! but it depends who bought the rights.
I say a coming soon promo on SciFi yesterday, just a short one with the name/logo, none of the footage we have seen in the above promo.
OT – so will SciFi AU become SyFy AU any time soon?
Craig: Don’t think so. They aren’t under any obligation to change to Syfy and were watching the US reaction cautiously.
Excellent – I was hooked to BSG’s final season and this looks good (despite it’s predecessors not really catching my interest) fast-tracking is the way to go for genre shows!
sounds a lot like BSG – and i’m ok with that 🙂
This is definitely a show I’m looking forward to.
any chance that SGU will ever come to any FTA channel? have 7 or GO shown the slightest inkling of interest?
it looks like Battlestar Gallactica without the cylons. lameeeeeee
I guess those without SyFy will just have to wait for the DVDs… oh right they’ve been doing that since Seven is so far behind anyway!
Just don’t tie it in with a change to SyFy, OK?
this is one of the best trailers ever for a TV show! SGU definately has the potential to become the best stargate yet! Well done to SCIFI AU for fast tracking, its just a pity we dont have Syfy/Scifi HD here as yet
Thank you Sci Fi so happy SGU will be shown some respect after 7’s horrible treatment of the stargate franchise.
Yes! That is why Foxtel is better than anything else!
Great news…….would never of happened on the FTA’s.
This is frikin excellent news!!!! Well done SciFi Can’t wait ::):):)
Yay just a week after the US, I can live with that.
