Basketball fans will see up to 51 matches on live on FOX Sports in the 2009/10 NBL season.

FOX Sports bounces off with the 2009/10 NBL season in a new-look competition starting this Thursday 24 September.
Basketball fans will see up to 51 Live matches with each club to appear in a minimum of seven televised matches throughout the season.
The coverage will be headed by Andrew Gaze and Shane ‘Hammer’ Heal, who collectively tally over 1050 NBL matches, nine Olympic Games campaigns and three NBL Championships.
Brian Taylor and Dwayne Russell will also commentate.
David Malone, CEO of FOX Sports, said, “FOX SPORTS will broadcast 42 regular season matches, plus every game of the 2010 NBL Finals series Live. In total, FOX Sports will exclusively broadcast over 100 hours of LIVE and first-run NBL action.”

Not a real fan of Basketball, and even if I was the American tournament would be better … oh well …
Disappointed that Steve Carfino is no longer part of FoxSports. Brian Taylor knows his basketball and will do a good job though.
David, at one point there was a rumour ONE HD would carry some of the NBL games for the 09/10 season . What’s been the outcome? I’m aware they will be offering the NBA matches.
It’s just a shame Australia’s the largest and third largest cities in Australia are not represented in this so-called national basketball league.
