Screw you guys, South Park out until 2010.

South Park, which will be pulled from SBS programming after Monday night, will not return until 2010.

cartman-3TV Tonight can confirm that South Park, which will be pulled from SBS programming after Monday night, will not return until 2010.

SBS is replacing the show with Man v Wild.

The long-running animated series only returned to air on September 14 and still had 3 more episodes planned to air.

The backflip is a surprising move by SBS, given it isn’t usually prone to reactive programming.

An earlier season of the show will also air on GO! on Sunday nights in October.

  1. Another false advertising last night. sbs promoted Southpark 9PM was on so switched over for all of 10 seconds from Good News Week hoping to find the peanuts on steroids cartoon not there in it’s place some boring documentary.

  2. Whatever Happened to the SBS of old on Monday Nights.I get home from fitness sessions and love to sit down to Top Gear then some comedies whether they be Pizza,Bogan Pride,Drawn Together and South Park followed by News and Skins or Shameless. Now from 8:30pm onwards to 10pm If I am at home I switched over to Good News Week since the SBS offerings are mostly crap

  3. Drop that Documentary at Once.SBS Mondays is a Comedy Night. My Mondays used to consist of Swift and Shift Couriers or whatever other show they put on followed by Southpark/Drawn Together/Fat Pizza or Bogan Pride then the SBS News and Shameless. Now I have no reason to watch SBS anymore.Ok there’s Top Gear that is the only saving grace they have.
