  1. May tape it if it clashes with an NCIS but I really do hope this one is better than Rabbit Proof Fence – that won praise from the critics too but was as boring as bat guano

  2. Jack, note my use of the word “may”. 😉 And while I’ve only watched a handful of Torchwood eps since ABC bought the rights to it, I’ve noticed that some episodes which have been rated MA15+ on DVD (and by Ten) have been rated M by the ABC.

I’m not particularly fussed about Samson and Delilah though. I just hate it when networks censor content which can be accommodated under the issued classification (e.g. The Simpsons, Californication).

  3. Sillygostly, not necessarily. The ABC is pretty lax with its classifications, they show Torchwood in an M timeslot and although I haven’t watched that to see what they’ve cut, I doubt they have or will cut anything. They’re not in the habit of editing shows, unless I’m very much mistaken.

  4. That was fast. 😮 Some theatres are still playing it if I’m not mistaken.

I’m extremely disappointed with ABC’s choice of timeslot though as it may mean that the film will be censored in order to adhere to M guidelines.

I’ll make an effort to check it out.

  5. I only watched the film not that long ago, and would just like to say how great it was. I will be tuning in to watch it again

I’m surprised though that it made it to the tv screens so quick
