Channel [V] is about to have 24 hours of punk rockers Green Day next month, to celebrate the band touring Australia.

On Saturday 12th December, the channel will be jam-packed with video clips, concerts and documentaries devoted to thie band.

Beginning at 12am the line up will include:

Green Day: Dookie & Beyond – back-to-back clips of Green Day’s biggest hits from ‘Dookie’ to ‘21st
Century Breakdown’ played in chronological order.

Green Day Live @ Fox Theatre – Catch these rockers in a performance at the Fox Theatre in Oakland,
California. They perform their new album ‘21st Century Breakdown’ in its entirety, plus some old favourites
including ‘American Idiot’, ‘Jesus of Suburbia’, ‘Welcome to Paradise’ and ‘Minority’.

Green Day vs The World – Green Day’s video clips go head to head with some of the biggest rock bands
in the world including, Foo Fighters, Blink 182, Red Hot Chili Peppers, My Chemical Romance and more. It’s
the ultimate rock battle!

Green Day Top 40 – Channel [V] counts down the top Green Day clips from 40 to 1. From chart hits, to fan
favourites and memorable clips.

21st Century Breakdown Special – Produced by Channel [V], this special features interviews with the band
as they talk candidly about their latest album ‘21st Century Breakdown’.

  2. Too bad there are a tonne of live concerts they could air instead of just playing video clips in different orders

    The oakland show is a good start (but already available online) but there are heaps of other PRO shot recordings they could release

    plus whatever happened to the footage Channel V shot at Livid

  3. OMG I totally ♥ Green Day!!! Was at the concert in Dublin, Ireland and absolutely luved it!!! Billie Joe, Tre n Mike r such good performers its unreal!!! ♥
    So sad I dnt hav this channel on TV tho, so sad – You have no idea =[ =[ =[
    I’ll just find what I can on the internet via youtube!

    Wish I cud c u guyz perform evry day of my life!!! Was so sad the concert finished i started crying LOL
