Apprentice meets TVSN

If you've ever wanted to see behind the scenes of TVSN Monday night's Apprentice is a great sneak peek. And it's very funny.

apprentice1Monday night’s Apprentice Australia is a double episode, and it sees the return of Mark Bouris’ advisor Diane Stone, who has been missing from the last few episodes.

It’s also a double episode, as we gear up for the finale on November 23rd.

The first challenge involves marketing a rising music act.

The second sees the remaining 4 contestants working as live presenters on the TV Shopping Network. Very. Very. Funny.

If you’ve ever wanted to see behind the scenes of TVSN this is a great sneak peek. In fact seeing how seriously the real team run the ship is also pretty funny.

A rare moment of Free to Air and Pay TV providing a bit of joint fun.

It airs 9:30pm Monday on Nine.

  1. Sounds fun… although this post inadvertantly spoiled the results of the first ep (C9’s promos show some of the people doing the TV Shopping ads so obviously they weren’t eliminated first ep)

  2. ahahah Bryan Fuller the guy who did pushing daisies and a writer on heroes is doing a pilot for NBC called Spellvision about behind the scenes of a home shopping network, it was very interesting!

  3. yup, agreed … this show is great … mark has really grown on me, despite a bit of a slowish start – but the cast of the contestants have been a great mix right from ep1. really enjoying it! much of a cleverer/strategic reality show in comparison to some of the others

  4. I agree. I love this show & if Nine nurture the Apprentice I can see it growing into the channels flagship. Can’t wait until Monday.

Also is nine repeating the show? I missed ep 1 & 2.

  5. Love this show and I hope 9 stick with it like Michael Healy said in the recent TVT interview. It took years to build in the UK and it will do so here given the opportunity.

  6. The last season of Donald Trump’s Celebrity Apprentice did a very similiar challenge where the remaining contestents on Celeb Appren had to sell something on a US Home Shopping channel. That was a fun challenge, so hopefully this will be just as good.

  7. This series just keeps getting better and better. The contestants are fantastic & after initially not really liking him I now think Bouris is the perfect choice. It puts all the other reality shows to shame, the only bad thing is the late timeslot.
