Australian actor Grant Bowler will have his debut on Ugly Betty aired on December 8th.
And judging by the look of this photo, he’s pretty happy to be there.
Best known for his narration of Border Security and roles in Outrageous Fortune, Blue Heelers, and The Mole, Bowler plays an Australian businessman named Connor Owen who will become involved with Mode.
Bowler, who has also appeared in Lost, will have a recurring role in third series. he could almost become the new Alan Dale.
Ralph Macchio will also star.
It airs 7:30pm Tuesday December 8th on 7TWO.

Yet another program I used to enjoy watching until it disappeared from our screens a few episodes into the season, and yet another program only those people in metro areas can watch. 7TWO is not available to us second-class regional viewers.
He is the new Alan “everywhere” Dale … another hugely successful Aussie (New Zealander) … he was So Hot in Outrageous Fortune for four years …
Jack!
have seen the eps. already and he is Fantastic!!! so proud to be an Aussie!! He is also in Seaso n4 as well in a couple of eps 🙂
Good call David!
Grant Bowler, the next James Bond.
Those pants look a little tight. Suddenly i’m thinking about Camels….
Grant definitely is excellent! I’m still hoping Seven decides to revive The Mole with him (maybe even on 7-TWO) one day. The late night repeats of Season 2 is a reminder of what a great show it was, superbly hosted by Bowler.
Does Grant have a licence for concealing a weapon?
What a lucky wifey he has!!;)
Bring back the mole with Grant!
Grant… lookin’ haught! Good on ya!
He’s going to be like Alan Dale…
Grant’s a total DILF. 🙂
He sure does look happy!
Good to see Grant having some success in the States!
Pretty dam good actor. Amazing voice control. The man really rips it up in Border, was a superstar in the Mole.
A true talent.
