Housewives plot “what if?”
Spoilers: Desperate Housewives characters will contemplate their futures in a "what if?"-style episode.

Spoilers: Sorry guys, it’s getting harder and harder to write about Desperate Housewives without the word Spoiler.
As many of you would have read there’s going to be a lil’ plane crash over Wisteria Lane in the season currently airing in the US. It started out as talk of an Oceanic flight (the fictious carrier on Lost and other shows). That may still be the case, but it appears to now have been downgraded to a light airplane.
And the pilot -or at least the voice of the pilot- will be Dan Castallanetta (aka Homer Simpson).
One ‘favourite’ cast member is expected to perish.
All of this is previously reported.
The next turn is a hypothetical “flash forward” style episode in which characters ponder “what if?” scenarios.
Some juvenile characters will appear in their thirties in this fantasy ep.
Unlike the five year time leap the show did, it’s only temporary.

When will Desperate Housewives be returning to our screens? I hope they don’t do the same as they did with Ugly Betty and stick it on the new 7two. A lot of people miss out on seeing Betty.
I have an idea of who will be going, but will wait and see. I hate those pointless single episode where it doesn’t have anything to do with the main story of the season. One Tree Hill does this often.
I like DS, but the thing that drives me insane is the childish and annoying music thoughout the entire episode.
First a plane crash and now a “What If?” storyline? Pretty sad that they’re so desperate to pad out their 22 episode seasons that they’ve started ripping off Futurama.
Desperate Housewives used to be my favourite show, now I’m getting so sick of all the crazy things it is doing to keep people amused. We’ll never get back to the glory of the first couple of seasons
Okay now it sounds like they are becoming desperate!
IMO (not a spoiler just a guess) it will be one of the hubbies to die and if it’s like the tornado we may not find out who until the show returns in 2010 in the US.
