2009: The Top 100

Last week there was widespread disagreement over the reporting of 2009 ratings results.

The networks also included their own breakdown of the top rated shows for the year. No doubt they will cause similar dissent.

Both Nine and Seven break out the first episode of Underbelly as a stand alone event, but TEN does not.

Seven delivers the info in two lists, one as regular programming, and another as event television, strategically including Specials. It also lists these as Weeks 1-48, which includes the Australian Open during the non-ratings period.

About the only thing everyone can agree on is the 3.72m viewers who tuned in for the moment when Julie was announced the winner of MasterChef Australia.
