This week Sydney viewers get new episodes of Hot Seat from Wednesday to Friday.

edmgA few little changes this week will see Sydney viewers get new episodes of Hot Seat from Wednesday to Friday.

New episodes will also be on standby for today and tomorrow if the Second Test – Australia v West Indies should conclude early.

  1. Brisbane’s been getting new episodes, due to the hours difference (and due to Syd/Melb going to 6pm news). I’d say Brisbane’s around five episodes (around a week, two eps from lopsided Brisbane Test, three from better Adelaide Test) ahead of Sydney.

Nine will find a way to catch Sydney/Melbourne up.

And for those who count weeks for Deal V Hotseat, next week don’t count, as Hotseat won’t be on for those three days of Perth test.

  2. What about Brisbane? Do we get new episodes, or yet again do we not matter, as long as Sydney is catered for?
My main concern about Hot Seat however, is that in order for it to start on time, channel 9 has finished screening the Australia v West Indies test match early. Each day we have lost one or more overs, and today was we missed seeing the last one and a half overs. Even worse, we got a wicket in that time, which we missed seeing. Surely the test match is far more important than yet another Eddie McGuire game show.
