Watch the bigger screen for “Strawmen”, developed from manuscript of “One mans View’ (search ‘one mans view’ on onlymelbourne website and you find closed site re story by ex Victoria Police Detective who ended up working in intell for gov).
Already has funding and screen writer is Ian David. Australian version of bourne identity, but based on true story. Filmvic also has a reference to intial funding.
Leo, showcase aren’t run by Foxtel…
3 hrs early in perth .so will be on at 9am here
Will be watching your reports on Weekend Sunrise Nelson – love Betty White – she’s amazing!
It’s sad that Foxtel have chosen to screen the Sags on the higher package Showcase – should be on Arena or Fox8 – greedy Foxtel!!
They switched it to (US) Saturdays this year. I’ll be on the red carpet throughout Weekend Sunrise tomorrow, fyi. And isn’t Betty White a fantastic choice for the “Lifetime” honour? She’s really done it all and continues to expand her horizons (soaps and late night TV)…
The SAGs are actually on Showcase on Sunday, not Monday. Unlike all the other award shows, they are held on a Saturday in the US.
I love Betty White, fabulously foul mouthed veteran and sweet old lady all rolled into one.
So another top awards show and no FTA coverage, why can’t GO! or 7TWO take it if it doesn’t fit with the tennis or cricket?
