Survivor: Heroes v Villains cast

Survivor's Rupert and Russell as both winners and losers are hand-picked for Survivor's 20th series.

Survivor_rupertSurvivor‘s Rupert and Russell are back for more.

They will return to the show for the next season “Heroes v Villains” along with Coach from Tocantins, Sugar from Gabon, Parvati from Cook Islands and Reality addict ‘Boston’ Rob from Marquesas (he has also appeared in the All Stars edition as well as The Amazing Race!).

Colby and Jerri from Survivor: Australian Outback are included.

Absent from the list is the devious Johnny ‘Fairplay’ (could there be a twist?).

The list is close to those rumoured on fansites, and was drawn from a preview screened in the US during the People’s Choice Awards. It includes both winners and non-winners (just for those still watching Samoa, it doesn’t mean anything either way!).

Host Jeff Probst reckons if you’re not happy with this group then “you’re not a Survivor fan.”

  1. I hope WIN in WA manages to get their act together and show the Heroes vs Villains series, and at a decent hour. So far they are doing well for the Samoa series.

  2. Would be really interesting to know who and how many were asked to return but declined.

It’s all well and good to complain that X isn’t on it but maybe X just wasn’t interested.

  3. Dean: (David can correct me on this if he knows better) I believe CBS are in the habit of negotiating for blocks of two years at a time. Pretty sure that’s what’s happened the last couple of times. Every time the renewal comes up, Jeff tends to make a couple of ambiguous comments about it maybe time for him to go and Survivor fans hit the panic button but he always comes back more committed than before.

  4. Fraggle you got confused by what I said. I was saying that Jeff Probst agreeing with the choices and arguing for them so vehemently makes him a moron
