Gone: Ocean Force, Beat Squad

Two late night factual imports are gone from Seven, replaced by repeats of more factuals with the word "Patrol" in them.

Seven is dropping two late night factual imports from its schedule effective immediately.

Ocean Force will not air tonight -instead replaced with a repeat of Border Patrol at 11pm.

Wednesday night’s Beat Squad is also out, replaced with a repeat of Highway Patrol at 11pm, effectively creating a double episode from its already-slated 10:30 repeat.

Two more will air next Wednesday night.

There is still a TBA at 19:30pm Monday March 29th. Surely something with the word “Patrol” in it?

Any suggestions guys?

  1. 7 should keep their top 4 factuals, air them all on one night in a two hour block, and then air a drama at 9:30, after the four factuals, and see whether they can dominate all three hours on the night, how’s Wednesday sound? Presumably Border Security and Airways will move awayfrom Sunday and then perhaps Ghost Whisperer can move to Sunday 7:30 and have an “all crime Sunday” or something.

Thursday night could look like this
7:30 How I Met Your Mother
    8 Gary Unmarried
    8:30 Cougar Town
    9 Scrubs
9:30 30 Rock (finally give it a proper primetime slot)
    10 Parks & recreation
    10:30 Family Guy
    11 American Dad

  2. Well with The Force and Border on Tuesdays that week i expect that maybe that 20-1 style show might air on Monday. Then again they have tonnes of other factuals they could air.

  3. Surely Seven have a new factual/reality show called Fat Patrol in development.

It would be a completely new idea and not even remotely ripped off another network’s successful show (even if Ten’s show’s ratings are mimicing the waistlines of it’s contestants).
