Timeshifting sinks its teeth into Vampire Diaries

Last week's Vampire Diaries picked up a huge Timeshifted audience.

In the world of Timeshifted data, most dramas are doing well if they pick up another 100,000 viewers.

It’s generally an increase of around 10% – 15% on their original audience.

Last week The Vampire Diaries picked up 36,000 viewers on GO! Yet it’s original audience was just 17,000. That makes an increase of 211%!

  1. vampire diaries is totally the best show of the american tv season by far, way better than glee (which i also love) but glees characters are do 2 dimensional

  2. Doesn’t this just make these shows less appealing to advertisers, and more likely that the commercial channels will run the evil banner advertising during shows with high timeshift ratings…
