  1. Found Sea Patrol last year and love it. Watched all old episodes in one month.Lisa’s charachter, by now, should have loosened up a bit. The skipper can do better…. split them up.

  2. Quite like Sea Patrol but I think Lisa McCune is bloody awful in it, she’s one of the most unconvincing military officers I’ve ever watched!

  3. The show has improved. First two seasons, my wood pile wrote letters of complaint to major newspapers about the wooden acting by the leads, but the rest of the cast was OK, especialy the star of first season, Bright Island (who was robbed at the Logies).

I’m finding this season actually entertaining, More cast, less leads, good show.

  4. Great news! Looks like Sea Patrol is the longest running weekly Aussie drama currently on screen. And hopefully with another season the show will start to be recognised a bit more – it’s been very underrated IMO.

And while it’s great Nine is supporting it – the move from Mondays to Thursdays has resulted in a ratings dip, though hopefully it can get back to its Monday night figures over the next few eps.
