Football Superstar is back with its third season and new host Kris Smith next month. He is joined by Lee Furlong.
This season is filmed in Brisbane as former Australian Youth team coach Ange Postecoglou trains the 15 participants, one of whom will win a contract with Brisbane Roar and a one year university scholarship.
A chosen group of the nation’s most talented young footballers will be given an opportunity of a lifetime, relocating to a mansion, in which they will live together, to start a gruelling tryout schedule designed to test all skills needed to be a top class footballer. Cameras will follow the journey of the boys as they are culled through an intense elimination process before the winner is crowned Football Superstar.
It starts 7:30pm Thursday June 3rd on FOX8.

Good to see they kept Furlong. Will be a shame because she and McFadden actually had quite a bit of chemistry.
