Bio will broadcast Farrah’s Story, the two hour documentary that chronicles Farrah Fawcett’s battle with cancer, on the anniversary of her death Friday June 25th at 8.30pm.

Shot with her own home video recorder, the footage becomes her video diary in which she not only shares her thoughts and feelings but also her various medical treatments in the U.S. and Germany.

Long-time companion Ryan O’Neal is by her side, as is best friend Alana Stewart, who acts as camera operator and co-producer.

Former Charlies Angels co-stars Jaclyn Smith and Kate Jackson also appear, along with father Jim Fawcett.

Farrah speaks openly about her determination to try and beat the disease and her desire to keep living. Over months of treatments, anguish and hope she learnt the most important asset to have is an indomitable spirit and that is the message she planned to deliver to the world when she invited a camera into her life.

Towards the end of Farrah’s journey, in a touching scene, Farrah’s beloved son Redmond is seen sharing a few precious moments with his bedridden mum, having been released for 3 hours from jail to visit her.
