Here’s one for fans of bizzaro UK comedy, The Mighty Boosh.
Noel Fielding and Julian Barratt tell the story behind The Mighty Boosh in their own words in The Mighty Boosh: A Journey Through Time and Space. The 2008 doco documents the history of the Boosh from their first amateur performances to their then-upcoming tour.
Noel and Julian visit locations key to their past, including the comedy club where they first performed and the studio where the radio show was recorded, which is now an organic supermarket.
The documentary features interviews with Russell Brand, Lenny Henry, Steve Coogan, Stewart Lee, Danny Wallace, Lee Mack, Vic Reeves, Bob Mortimer, Jo Whiley and Kasabian and The Horrors as well as never before seen photos and home movies from the boys themselves.
It airs on SBS ONE on Monday, 12th July at 10.00pm.

Wonder why it’s taken two years to screen here?
I thought the first series was the best. Howard trying to impress Ms. Gideon was so funny.
The first series was a bit dodgy…. but it finds it’s feet after that, but even then it’s a bit hit and miss…..but worth watching.
Awesome! Thanks for the heads-up David.
it’s awesome ..watch it!
Love the Boosh!
