Foxtel signs Commonwealth Games ambassadors
Geoff Huegill, Leisel Jones, Matthew Mitcham and Steve Hooker will become Commonwealth Games ambassadors for Foxtel.

The Sunday Telegraph reports Foxtel has signed up Geoff Huegill, Leisel Jones, Matthew Mitcham and Steve Hooker as ambassadors in the lead-up to their Commonwealth Games coverage in October.
Huegill (swimming), Jones (swimming), Mitcham (diving) and Hooker (pole vault) will be heavily involved in a marketing and promotional campaign to sell subcription packages.
Foxtel shares television rights with Network TEN.

Didn’t pay for the winter olympics and will not be paying for these,no great loss.If your not competing against ‘All’ the worlds best there’s not much point to it all.

@ johnjet, I love the line up of of ambassadors, but are Foxtel really going to make us pay for the Commonwealth Games ??? If this so then its disgusting !!!
Instead of signing up ambassadors how about Foxtel advise us of the price for the games. Are they going to wait meer weeks before the start of the games (like the winter olympics) to tell us what we are expected to pay?
