When Oprah meets Barbra

Heads up all you Barbra fans,she is app earing on Oprah next Wednesday arvo.

Barbara Streisand rose out of poverty to become one of the greatest entertainers of all-time. Today, she graces our stage and talks about her life (yes the extra “A” in Barbara was TEN’s not mine).

“I wasn’t ready for the stardom effect,” she tells the big O. “I thought I wanted to be famous, but then when I got famous, I really didn’t enjoy the fame. … I don’t like fame. I don’t like being followed. I don’t like disappointing people if something’s wrong.”
