  1. I really hate this election and the way it is being overly reported and dissected. All phone in polls and tweets are easily stacked. There is only one poll that counts and that is this saturday the rest is just smoke, mirrors and BS.

Give us a bit of space !

  2. Much like the make up of the audience, the on-screen tweets should reflect a range of views. Not just gags from established ABC commentators.

Usually this does happen, but Q&A(nnabel Crabb) got it wrong last night, imo.

  3. I noticed some big (& hot) names Tweeting on the super at the bottom of the screen; music’s Claire Bowditch; The Drum’s Annabel Crabb; & Fairfax Radio’s Latika Bourke. These were the funny ones, while the Joe Blow’s out there continue to state the obvious – eg, “Rudd’s a dud! Move on,” from a couple of weeks ago. The key is to be funny.

  4. One other thing worth noting that during both Q&A’s, Gillard trended internationally, Abbott not at all. So even though Abbott scored more ‘tweets’, people seemed to be mentioning Gillard more. Though to be fair, I guess, it doesn’t take into account ‘tabbott’ and other variations of his name, I think it’s still worth noting.
