Why did David Wirrpanda quit Dancing with the Stars?
Media reports speculate that footballer David Wirrpanda quit Dancing with the Stars in frustration at the jealous husband of his dance partner.

Last week AFL footballer David Wirrpanda quit Dancing with the Stars live on air, telling the audience that his cast members deserved a place in the show’s final over himself.
But today media reports speculate that he quit in frustration at the jealous husband of his dance partner, Liza Van Pelt.
News.com.au claims husband Van Pelt’s husband was sitting in on rehearsals at a Perth dance studio and giving advice on dance steps.
A spokeswoman for Wirrpanda denied the antics forced him to quit the show, but confirmed there had been tension about three weeks ago.
“David said Liza was listening to what he’s saying about their dance routines and he shouldn’t have to deal with that,” the spokeswoman said.
“He (Wirrpanda) was annoyed about the fact that he was being told by someone else what to do with his dance steps.
“He was just getting frustrated and he’s allowed to, because no one else is meant to be giving any input into their dance routine.
“But what he said on the night (he quit) was 100 per cent true in regards to him leaving the show.
Van Pelt said the matter a little bit blown out of proportion.
His spokesperson added, “And, let’s be brutally honest, he can’t dance. He was shocking and he realised that and (that’s) why he made that decision.”

@Dick: It’s called having a sense of humour. I’m sure Wirrpanda has one, and it’s reflected in his choice of spokesperson.

Interesting, I reckon it was the lack of gel between Wirra and Liza ended his time on the show. She will be a one series wonder! Her vibe on the live show, was often flippant and derisive of her celebrity partner, so one can only imagine the feeling either during rehearsals (some of which was captured in tape packages) or behind the scenes and on set. Her comments bout her celebrity partner say more about her than him.
And the nation collectively yells out :Who cares?”
