Actor Luke Carroll (pictured) and hip-hop performer Naomi Wenitong will host the 2010 Deadly Awards which screen on SBS next weekend.
The awards are the top Indigenous awards in fields such as the arts, sport, fashion, education, health, employment, cultural advancement and leadership.
“The Deadlys just keeps getting better,” says executive producer Gavin Jones. “Each year the most prominent entertainers in Indigenous Australia step up to be part of the show and each year, the show doesn’t disappoint.”
Finalists include famous names like Dan Sultan, Troy Cassar-Daley, Casey Donovan, Lance Franklin, Greg Inglis, Rohanee Cox, Timana Tahu, Jessica Mauboy, Wendell Sailor and SBS’s Karla Grant, up for TV Personality of the Year.
It airs Sunday October 3, 10:25pm SBS ONE.
